  2. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse service to any Customer.

  3. Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance; we may accept or reject orders at our sole discretion.

5. Prices & Payment

  1. All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

  2. Payment must be made at the time of order via the payment methods displayed on the Site.

  3. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

6. Delivery & Risk of Loss

  1. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

  2. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

  1. You may return most new, unopened Products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus return shipping).

  2. To initiate a return, contact us at support@peaklivin.eu.

  3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peak Livin Europe and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Products.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Irish law, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
