Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all customers in the European Union purchasing from Peak Livin Europe (“we”, “us”, “our”).


1. Right of Withdrawal (“Change of Mind”)

  • Duration
    You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the Product, without giving any reason. Exception for Customized Products. No return possible.

  • Notice of Withdrawal
    To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email to support@peaklivin.eu or by phone at +353 87 292 9728—before the 14-day period expires. Please include your order number, product name, and date of receipt.

  • Return Shipping
    You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service; we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

  • Condition of Returned Items
    Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unmarked, and with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

  • Refund Processing
    Upon receipt and inspection of the returned Product, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.


2. Warranty

  • Coverage Period
    We warrant that our Products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of delivery.

  • What’s Covered
    Defects arising under normal use, such as structural or manufacturing faults, will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

  • Exclusions
    The warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches, fading of fabric over time).

    • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accident, or improper maintenance.

    • Exposure to damp outdoor conditions. Our Products are not designed for continuous outdoor use in wet weather.

    • Storage in unsuitable conditions (e.g., stored wet, in damp environments).

    • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order Products of any kind (no change of mind).


3. Proper Use & Storage

  • Indoor Storage
    When not in use, always store Products indoors in a dry environment.

  • Storage Bags
    We offer suitable storage bags for purchase.

    • Important: Never store Products in their bags if they are wet. Always dry thoroughly before bagging or long-term storage.


4. How to Make a Claim

  1. Contact Support
    Email support@peaklivin.eu or call +353 87 292 9728 with your order details, a description of the issue (and photos, if applicable).

  2. Assessment
    We will assess whether your claim falls under your right of withdrawal (if within 14 days) or under warranty (if within 1 year and meets warranty criteria).

  3. Resolution

    • Withdrawal claims: instructions for return and refund.

    • Warranty claims: repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.
